We provide training designed to prepare athletes for the next level. Players that join the program will improve their confidence and gain knowledge in the area of basketball IQ and key fundamentals of the sport.

Basketball concepts are key to understanding the movement and flow of the game. Mastering each concept will allow the player to increase their Game IQ and confidence in quick decisions during high-intensity moments.

• Individual and Team Rotations

• Creating Space

• Scoring out of Isolation

• Controlling game-tempo

• Terminology for various spots on the court

• IQ Drills (Guard & Post, Pick & Roll Decision Making)

• Fastbreak and Transition Defense

• Reading the Defense and Counter

• Cutting (V-Cuts, L-Cuts, and Banana cuts)

• Setting screens (Back, Down, Double, and Staggered)
